Workshop for village youth on the Management of Android Mobile Phones in collaboration with Ghosaldanga Bishnubati Adibasi Trust, Birbhum

Team Ayash was at the villages of Ghosaldanga and Bishnubati of Birbhum district of West Bengal on 19th and 20th October, 2019 for the workshop with the youth of the villages.

It was a unique opportunity to spend time with the tribal people, knowing their culture and at the same time discussing with them how to better manage the growing use of mobile phones. It was also a first time for Ayash to hold such workshop in open-air much like the ashramic tradition of Santiniketan, which is just a few kilometers away.

We also had a session with the teachers of Rolf Schoembs Vidyashram run by the Trust on Importance and Management of library in village school.
We would like to thank Ghosaldanga Bishnubati Adibasi Trust, Birbhum for their support in organizing these programmes.
